Steven has more than 30 years of experience across multiple aspects of the design world and retail industry. At Cuhaci Peterson he is responsible for developing the firm’s integrated approach to architecture and perfecting an end-to-end design philosophy reflective of rapidly shifting shopper preferences. His unique background combines architecture and design with nearly every facet of grocery and retail, including store development programs, prototyping and brand reinvention. Prior to Cuhaci Peterson, Duffy held design and store development roles with retailers such as Price Chopper, Talbots, Safeway and Toys R Us. Steven is a registered architect and earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Pratt Institute.
Todd McCourtie
Vice President, Product Management Assortment & Space Planning, SymphonyAI Retail CPG
Todd has deep experience in category management, merchandise/assortment planning, and supply chain integration attained during a retail and consumer goods career spanning more than 20 years. Prior to SymphonyAI Retail CPG, Todd held key roles with Blue Yonder/JDA, Capgemini and Oracle Retail. Prior to his software and consulting roles, Todd held leadership roles in operations, and category management at Meijer, Supervalu and Sam’s Club. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Notre Dame.
